Y Bhg Dato Izat Emir with the leader of Lab 1, Increasing Investments Encik Azman Mahmud with his team at the Special session with "Guest Star" at the Eastin Hotel, Petaling Jaya. It is an initiative by MIDA as part of the GTN programme where these labs will contribute to the MKRA of MITI. Perdasama was very happy with the proposals where some areas need to be fine tuned and made easy to understand for their acceptance and implementation.

In Lab 2 where it is being headed by Encik Wan Hashim where matters of concern is getting Malaysia to be a high income nation, Y Bhg Dato Izat had registered very pertinent issues which they should consider in order for Malaysia to release itself from the Middle Income Trap.
